
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs responsible for Economic Diplomacy and Extroversion, Tasos Chatzivasileiou paid a working visit to Kyiv on Monday, March 31, and Tuesday, April 1.
Mr. Chatzivasileiou held bilateral meetings with Ministers of the Ukrainian government at a time when achieving a ceasefire remains a top priority. The discussions focused on the reconstruction of Ukraine, the country’s energy needs, and bilateral economic relations.
Upon his arrival in Kyiv, Mr. Chatzivasileiou laid a wreath at the Memorial of Fallen Soldiers, honoring the memory of those who lost their lives defending Ukraine’s independence and territorial integrity.
The Deputy Minister met with Oleh Nemchinov, the Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine; Olexandr Mischenko, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs; Aliona Shkrum, the Deputy Minister for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine; Andrii Teliupa, the Deputy Minister of Economy; and Roman Andarak, the Deputy Minister of Energy.
