Continuing his series of consultations with the leadership of European countries in preparation for Greece’s Presidency of the Council of the European Union in the second half of 2027, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for European Affairs, Tasos Chatzivasileiou, paid a working visit to Paris on Wednesday, 29 July 2026.
During his visit, the Deputy Minister met with his French counterpart, Benjamin Haddad, to discuss matters related to the upcoming Presidency of the Council of the European Union, as well as issues on the European agenda. Mr. Chatzivasileiou also held a working meeting with the Secretary General for European Affairs of the French Government, Emmanuel Puisais-Jauvin.
