We are striving systematically to resolve the Cyprus problem. We are striving to open the way to a discussion of the vital issues of Security and Guarantees and to open the way to changing this outdated system of guarantees. We believe that a great step has been taken: that everyone admits and accepts that the issue of guarantees and security for Cyprus is a fundamental element of the Cyprus problem.
