N. KOTZIAS: We talked based on the three questions submitted by UN Under-Secretary-General Feltman, and we gave our responses. I focused a good deal on explaining that the two Treaties that existed, the Treaties of Guarantee and Alliance, were essentially never implemented. Turkey violated them in every aspect, and consequently there is no reason for it to ask for these Treaties – which it violated, and which were never put into practice – to be maintained.
JOURNALIST: Did you hear anything new from the Turkish side today, Mr. Minister?
N. KOTZIAS: Everyone is saying we may hear something new from Turkey tomorrow. The Turks reiterated positions they set out in the previous decade, and they think they're new. But, as you know, we are very studious, and we have identified when these supposedly new things were originally put forward.
