Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias will participate on Monday, 23 May, in a meeting of the EU Foreign Affairs Council (FAC), in Brussels.
The FAC agenda includes the EU’s regional strategy on Syria, Iraq and theDa’esh threat.
Topics of discussion will include migration and an assessment of the current situation, as well as the course of the implementation of the EU-Turkey agreement of 18 March. The FAC will look at Sub-Saharan Africa issues, and specifically at developments in the Democratic Republic of Congo and South Sudan.
Finally, Mr. Kotzias will attend a working luncheon, at which there will be an assessment of the EU Global Strategy for Foreign and Security Policy.
