Foreign Minister N. Kotzias to participate in the Meeting of NATO Ministers of Foreign Affairs (Brussels, 6-7 December 2016)

Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias will be in Brussels on 6 and 7 December to participate in the Meeting of NATO Ministers of Foreign Affairs.

During the first day of the Meeting, on 6 December, the Foreign Ministers will discuss issues concerning NATO-EU cooperation and the Alliance’s efforts to promote regional and global stability. At the working dinner there will be a discussion of security in the Euroatlantic space and the approach NATO should take with regard to Russia.

On Wednesday, 7 December, the NATO-Ukraine Commission will meet at the level of Foreign Ministers -- with the main points for discussion being the security situation in Ukraine and the implementation of the Minsk Agreements -- followed by a meeting on the situation in Afghanistan.
