Interview of the Secretary General for Openness and President of Enterprise Greece, Grigoris Dimitriadis, on ERT TV’s ‘10’ (31 March 2020)

In his interview on ERT TV’s ‘10’, the Secretary General for Openness and President of Enterprise Greece, Grigoris Dimitriadis, talked about the Greek government’s efforts to secure adequate medical supplies for the National Health Service.

More specifically, Mr. Dimitriadis stressed that Greece is now capitalizing on relations developed previously with countries such as the United Arab Emirates and China to secure medical supplies.

Having pointed to the close and effective cooperation in this direction between the Prime Minister’s office, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Health Ministry and the private sector, Mr. Dimitriadis added that our country is expecting 12 flights of medical supplies to arrive directly.

Finally, Mr. Dimitriadis underscored the timely measures taken by the Prime Minister to keep the coronavirus from spreading, the excellence of the country’s medical and scientific personnel, and citizens’ positive response in implementing the measures.
