Tomorrow, Monday, September 18, Minister of Foreign Affairs, George Gerapetritis will participate in a meeting with the Foreign Ministers of the EU Member States, in the presence of the EU High Representative Josep Borrell.
Subsequently, Mr. Gerapetritis will attend a high-level meeting on the Middle East peace process titled "The Peace Day Effort - A new Effort for the Middle East" with the participation of Foreign Ministers and senior officials from Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, the EU and the Arab League.
On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Germany's admission to the UN, the Minister will attend an event hosted by German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock.
Additionally, Mr. Gerapetritis will attend a meeting organized by the Greek Diaspora organizations and associations in the United States.
Lastly, in the context of promoting Greece’s candidacy for a seat as a non-permanent member of the United Nations Security Council for the 2025-2026 term, the Minister of Foreign Affairs will hold bilateral meetings with his counterparts from Uzbekistan and Ecuador.
