The issue referred to in article published in today's issue of the newspaper ‘Vradyni tis Kyriakis’ is not a new one and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is aware of it.
As stressed by the Minister of Rural Development and Food, Mr M. Voridis, and as it emerges from the publication itself, the Greek State has already taken legal action through its legal representative in Japan. The case is ongoing and being closely monitored.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will continue taking all appropriate actions both in Japan and within the European Union to defend and safeguard all of Greece’s economic and commercial interests at the international level, and to protect extroverted Greek business activity.
