We are deeply concerned by the nuclear test the Democratic People's Republic of Korea conducted today. These ballistic missile launches constitute a direct breach of the U.N. Security Council Resolutions and international efforts for disarmament and the non-proliferation of nuclear arms.
We are condemning this act which is in grave violation of international legitimacy, undermines stability in S. E. Asia and constitutes a threat against international peace and security.
