The International Conference “The European Concept of the State as a” Public Service “and Crises” will be addressed by the Alternate Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Miltiadis Varvitsiotis, tomorrow, Tuesday, 29 September 2020 at 10 a.m.
The Conference is held under the Greek Chairmanship of the Council of Europe and is organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Attica Region and the European Public Law Organization; it has been placed under the auspices of the Presidency of the Republic.
