The Ministry of Foreign Affairs mourns the loss of Ambassador (ad hon) Konstantinos Zepos, an outstanding diplomat who honored Greece and represented it with dignity.
Konstantinos Zepos entered the Diplomatic Service in 1958. He served, inter alia, in Nicosia, London and Geneva. He served as Deputy Permanent Representative of Greece to the European Economic Community, Ambassador in Dublin, and Permanent Representative of Greece to the United Nations.
He was an active citizen and an astute diplomat, distinguished for his ethos, composure, and devotion to his country.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, as well as the political and service leadership of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in its entirety, express their sincere condolences to his family and relatives.
