Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Giorgos Kotsiras will travel to Albania tomorrow, October 28, to attend the official ceremonies in memory of the Greek soldiers who fell during the Greco-Italian war (1940-1941), which will be held at the Military Cemetery in Këlcyrë and the Historic Military Cemetery in Bularat.
