Minister of Foreign Affairs George Gerapetritis will travel to Brussels tomorrow, Tuesday, November 28, to participate in the two-day meeting of NATO Ministers of Foreign Affairs.
The agenda of the meeting includes all critical issues of the Alliance in view of the Washington NATO Summit in July 2024, the year that marks the 75th anniversary of the North Atlantic Alliance's establishment. Among the issues to be discussed will be NATO's support for Ukraine and burden-sharing among the allies.
During the second meeting tomorrow, to be also attended by the EU High Representative, NATO Foreign Ministers will address the situation in the Western Balkans and the Alliance's operational presence in the region.
On Wednesday, November 29, Mr. Gerapetritis will participate in the first meeting of the NATO-Ukraine Council at the foreign ministers’ level.
