Minister of Foreign Affairs, George Gerapetritis, will visit Toronto on September 18 and 19, 2026.
On Friday, September 18, the Minister will hold meetings with the former Archbishop of Canada, Sotirios, and the new Archbishop of Canada, Apostolos.
Subsequently, Mr. Gerapetritis will be the keynote speaker at an event hosted by the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy at the University of Toronto, titled "The Rise of a New Geopolitical Era."
On Saturday, September 19, Mr. Gerapetritis will attend the enthronement ceremony of the new Archbishop of Canada, Apostolos.
During his visit, the Minister of Foreign Affairs will hold meetings with representatives of the Greek Diaspora, as well as of ecclesiastical and business institutions.
