This was an important opportunity for me to meet with Senator Menendez and express my thanks and the satisfaction of Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and of the Greek government with the Senator’s legislative initiative. We also talked about Greek-American relations and the issues being created by the Turkish provocations against Cyprus and in the Eastern Mediterranean in general. I think it is always a pleasure for a Greek Minister of Foreign Affairs to meet with Senator Menendez.
